Cancellation Policy
Cancellation/ No- Show Policy At Looks by Justine, your appoitment time is reserved exclusively for you. to ensure fairness and availability for all clients, then following policy applies: Appointment Cancellations: - A minimum of 24-48 hours' notice is required for any appoitment cancellation or rescheduling. -Cancelations made with less than 24hr notice may be subject to Cancellation fee. Same-Day Cancellations & No-Shows -Same-day cancellations and no-shows may be charged up to 100% of the scheduled service cost if the appointment cannot be filled. -Clients who need to reschedule on same day may have the fee waived at the discretion of the salon. Repeated Cancellations or No-Shows -Clients with multiple late cancellations or No-show appointments may be required to prepay for future services or may no longer be eligible to schedule appointments Card on File - A valid credit or Debit card may be required to secure appointments and will be kept securely on file for cancellation and no-show policy purposes.
